Introduction

First, wash your body thoroughly at the shower area. Women should use a hair cap to keep hair contained.
Enter the pool politely, stepping in quietly along the steps to avoid creating large waves that disturb other bathers.
First immerse your body up to foot level, then gradually up to chest level. Soak briefly to allow your body to adjust to the water temperature.
Next, immerse up to neck level and soak for a while.
Finally, immerse until the water reaches your nose and ears. At this point, your entire body is submerged, and you will feel completely comfortable, fully enjoying the pleasure of hot spring bathing.
